The Ministry of Planning and Finance now invite a competent consultant firm for Myanmar EITI’s Myanmar EITI Forestry Sector Independent Administrator to produce the Forestry Sector Reconciliation Report covering the financial years of 2014/15 and 2015/16.

Myanmar is now required to submit a joint 2nd and 3rd report on 31 March, 2018.

The Fiscal Policy, Strategy and EITI Division, Ministry of Planning and Finance has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the EITI Implementation project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

Request for expression of interest: EITI mainstreaming studies 2017

The EITI International Secretariat has received funding from the World Bank EGPS to support EITI mainstreaming. An overview of EITI mainstreaming is available here

The EITI’s action plan (see attached) includes targeted support to mainstreaming efforts in the DRC, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Mali and Mauritania. Other projects may be considered subject to the availability of funding.
